Payment should be transferred to our bank account at Asia Commercial Bank. At the same time your order is confirmed, you will also receive our bank account information for the transfer. Total payment should be transferred before the dispatch.

 Exchanging or returning a product


UUU Designs aims to give you a perfect service. For any reasons, if you feel that you would like to send your items back for an exchange or refund, please read the following carefully:
• If you are not happy with your items, please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund.
• Returned items must be in perfect conditions and in their original packaging.
• Included in your order, you will receive an invoice with a return form. Please complete all the details on the return form for each item you are returning including the reasons for your return. (Reasons stated on the return form). Please give as many comments as you can. These are very useful for us.
• If for any reasons, you wish to return a furniture item, please re-wrap it in its original packaging, then email or call us within 14 days.
• We strongly recommend you to send items under “Certified or Registered Items”. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please note:
• All sale items are final and can not be exchanged or returned
• We can not exchange or refund used or customer-damaged items.

Importance:
• We regret that we can not refund any shipping costs.
• If the new items you require costs less than the ones you have returned, we will refund you the difference.
• If the new items you require costs more than the ones you have returned, an additional payment is needed.
• Replacement items will be sent to you with an additional shipping cost.
• Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item, the purchaser will be
informed.


 Our guaranty


After your transaction is confirmed, we will notify you of the dispatch date as well as the arrival date.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay or suggest a similar item.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the color reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual items may occur.

In order to improve our service, please note that any changes, additional requests, or cancellation should be made and confirmed before your payment.


 Gift Wrapping


We can wrap all your gifts beautifully and send them directly to the recipient, together with a personal message card from you. Simply supply your message and the delivery address on your order form. Wherever possible, gifts are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our special silver gift boxes and white or black ribbon of your choice.

Gift Boxing costs 8 USD and if your gift requires more than one box, you will be charged accordingly.
