UUU Designs is a passionate working team. Besidesprofessional designers, we also welcome trainees who are skillful and have passion for fashion, interior, and art creation. We believe that everyone has his/her own creativity, and once he /she can express his /her original idea into an art work, that is when he/she can make his/her own design. Our Passion
UUU Designs was founded in Ho Chi Minh city -Vietnam by co-founders and also sisters Nhu Thanh and Uyen Thanh. Since childhood, they were very inspired by their father who worked in the construction, architecture and interior design business. Both Nhu Thanh and Uyen Thanh became extremely interested in art and home creation.
In 1990’s, the sisters took two different directions of life. Nhu took up working as an accountant in a construction company.During this time, Nhu became interested in learning the process steps from design to development, and finishing. Meanwhile, Uyen left Vietnam to experience her own life in the United States. In the Unites States, she discovered that she had a passion to be a fashion designer. As a young designer, Uyen was selected by FGI (Fashion Group International INC.) to show her first collection at “Fashionably loud” in Houston. Uyen also had participated in several fashion competitions in the US and was able to win many awards.
In 2003, Uyen was the winner at the “National Fashion Career Day Competition” hosted in Dallas, and won the first price to attend PFI in Paris-France. Following her passion for fashion, Uyen stayed and worked in Paris to learn the European fashion industry.
Reunited in Vietnam 2007, Nhu and Uyen rediscovered their childhood passion for interior design and home decoration. As most of designers, Uyen had the passion of decorating on fabric and textile based on years of working experience. To fulfill this passion in home decorating, the idea of “UUU Designs” was born. U was the first letter in Uyen’s name and also her passion to Unfold Uniqueness & Urbanity. With her sister, Uyen decided to launch her own line of design, which also included soft furnishing and home décor.
In 2008, UUU Designs (Uyen Uyen Uyen Design Company Limited) was officially registered and established in Ho Chi Minh city -Vietnam.
